Terms & Conditions – S.Y.J. Level Up

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:

Services

- 1-on-1 basketball training, assisted stretching, mobility work, Theragun, cupping, Reiki, etc.

- Offered as performance and recovery services, NOT physical therapy or medical treatment.

Bookings & Payments

- Payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Stripe (in progress)

- Packages available; booking via calendar or DM.

- Sessions must be paid in full before confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

- 24-hour notice required for cancellations.

- No refunds for missed, completed sessions or digital products.

- Exchanges only on defective (tangible) merchandise within 7 days.

Legal & Safety

- Services are provided at your own risk. You agree to release S.Y.J. Level Up and its providers from liability for any injury or issue arising from your participation.

- Minors under age 18 must have guardian approval. Ages 2–5 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and downloads are owned by S.Y.J. Level Up and may not be copied without permission.
