At S.Y.J. Level Up, training isn’t random. Every player comes in with a plan.
I work with serious, coachable athletes who want to level up their skills, their mindset, and their understanding that recovery is part of performance.
All new players start with a Free Level Up Call, then we choose the right program together.

The SYJ Level Up Program is a 10‑session training experience for serious, coachable players who want real, measurable improvement.
Each 45‑minute session is tailored to your goals. You can focus on:
• Skills Only – shooting, finishing, ball handling, footwork, conditioning and game‑speed reps
• Recovery Only – stretching, mobility, cupping, RLT, soft‑tissue work, percussion and more
• Combo – a mix of skills and recovery in each session (most players choose this)
During your Free Level Up Call, we’ll decide whether your 10‑session plan should be Skills Only, Recovery Only, or a Combo based on your season, body, and goals.

The Mini Level Up is a 5‑session program for players who want a focused boost—pre‑season prep, mid‑season reset, or targeted work on one or two key areas.
You can use your 5 sessions for:
• Skills Only – laser‑focused development in specific areas (like shooting consistency or finishing)
• Recovery Only – get your body right, reduce soreness, and move better
• Combo – some sessions focused on skills, some on recovery, depending on your needs
We’ll map out how to use your 5 sessions on your Free Level Up Call.

Level Up Maintenance is for players who’ve already completed a Level Up or Mini Level Up program and want to keep their edge.
Once a month, we’ll meet for a 45‑minute session to:
• Sharpen key skills and decision‑making
• Check in on performance, mindset, and goals
• Address any recovery or body needs so you can keep performing
Each maintenance session can be skills‑focused, recovery‑focused, or a mix—depending on where you are in your season.

Recovery services (e.g., cupping, hot stones, cryotherapy, stretching) fall under wellness care and are provided within the professional scope of a licensed healthcare provider.
